I really enjoyed my time here. The room was super pretty and clean. The housekeeping was on it every day. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of options, and the staff was great! Just a bit noisy at times, but overall, it was a solid choice in a nice spot away from the crazy crowds.

We had a lovely experience, especially with the early breakfast for my mom and the cozy, renovated room that allowed her to rest before her bus ride. The spa and heated pool were great for relaxing after our busy day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! 😊

My stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with dark spots in the corners and a rusty shower bar that broke while I was using it, which was alarming. Additionally, there was a concerning incident with the reception staff that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, leaving me feeling uncomfortable during my visit.

I found the location of Grand S super handy, right near the bus station and metro. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and I loved the comfortable bed that made my sleep restful. The staff exceeded expectations with their warmth and willingness to help. However, I noticed a musty smell in the corridors that was a bit off-putting, likely from previous smoking guests. Also, some of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The noise from the street could be bothersome at times, especially late at night. A few more amenities should be included, especially for a 4-star hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay but with some room for improvement.
